Account & Registration
Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, Pakistani mobile number, email address and date of birth. Choose a username and a strong password, agree to the Terms and Conditions and Responsible Gaming guidelines, then submit. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile – enter it to verify your account and you are done. The whole process takes under two minutes on any Android or iOS device.
No. lgexch strictly enforces a one-account-per-person rule. Each CNIC, mobile number and household may hold exactly one lgexch account. Creating a second account – even to reclaim a bonus or after a voluntary closure – is a breach of our Terms and Conditions. All accounts found in violation will be permanently suspended and any balances forfeited. If you are having trouble with your existing account, contact support@lgexch.app instead of creating a new one.
lgexch requires a valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back) and confirmation of your registered payment method. KYC is typically triggered before your first withdrawal or when cumulative deposits reach defined thresholds. Submit your documents via the verification section in your account settings. Most KYC reviews at lgexch are completed within 24 hours during business days. Having a clear, unblurred photo of your CNIC ready speeds up the process significantly.
Changes to your registered mobile number or email address require identity verification to prevent unauthorised account modifications. Contact support@lgexch.app with "Account Detail Change" in the subject line, your current registered details and a copy of your CNIC. The support team will verify your identity and process the change. This typically takes one to two business days. You cannot change these details directly from the account settings panel without going through support.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use lgexch. This requirement is non-negotiable and is verified during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be immediately closed. If you are a parent or guardian concerned that a minor has accessed lgexch, contact support@lgexch.app immediately with "Minor Access Concern" in the subject line.
Deposits & Payments
lgexch accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees at lgexch – what you deposit in PKR is what appears in your account balance. lgexch does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits.
The minimum deposit at lgexch via Easypaisa and JazzCash is Rs 200. For IBFT bank transfers and card payments, the minimum may be slightly higher depending on your bank's transaction fee structure. There is no maximum single deposit limit on the lgexch platform itself, though your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank) may apply its own transaction limits. If you are trying to deposit a large amount and are hitting a limit, contact support@lgexch.app for guidance.
Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits at lgexch are typically credited within a few seconds to a couple of minutes. IBFT bank transfers can take 15–30 minutes during banking hours and may take longer outside of standard hours or on public holidays. Card payments are usually near-instant. If your deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, go to your lgexch account's transaction history section and check the status. If it shows as pending for longer than one hour, contact support@lgexch.app with your transaction reference number.
lgexch does not charge any deposit fees from its side. Your full deposit amount is credited to your lgexch account. However, your payment provider – Easypaisa, JazzCash or your bank – may apply its own transaction charges. These are outside lgexch's control. Check your payment provider's fee schedule if you are concerned about charges on your end. If you see an unexpected deduction in your lgexch balance after a deposit, contact support@lgexch.app immediately.
Withdrawals
After logging in to lgexch, go to your Wallet section and select "Withdraw". Choose your preferred method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT or card), enter the amount in PKR and confirm. If this is your first withdrawal, you may need to complete KYC verification first. Your withdrawal will be processed once approved – most lgexch withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash complete within a few hours during business hours.
Processing times depend on the method:
- Easypaisa / JazzCash: Usually within 1–4 hours during business hours
- NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically 2–6 hours
- IBFT Bank Transfer: Up to 24 hours, or next business day for requests made outside banking hours
- Card: 3–5 business days depending on your bank
Common reasons for a declined or delayed lgexch withdrawal include: incomplete KYC verification, active bonus funds with pending wagering requirements, a pending bet that has not yet settled, the withdrawal method not matching the deposit method used, or a temporary technical issue. Yes. The minimum withdrawal at lgexch is Rs 500 for Easypaisa and JazzCash. For IBFT bank transfers the minimum is Rs 1,000. These minimums exist because payment processors have their own minimum transaction thresholds. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit from lgexch's side, though your payment provider may apply its own limits for large transfers.

Account Security
On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered Pakistani mobile number. An OTP will be sent via SMS. Enter the OTP, set a new password and you're back in. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, contact support@lgexch.app with "Account Recovery" in the subject line – the team will guide you through identity verification before restoring access.
No – never. lgexch support staff will never ask for your account password, your OTP or your full CNIC number over chat, email or phone. If you receive any communication claiming to be from lgexch and asking for these details, it is a phishing attempt. Do not respond and report it to support@lgexch.app immediately. Always log in only through the official lgexch.app website.
Go to Account Settings after login and find the Security section. Enable 2FA by confirming your mobile number – every login from a new device will then require both your password and an OTP sent to your registered SIM. lgexch strongly recommends 2FA for all players, especially those with significant PKR balances in their account. It takes under a minute to set up and is the single most effective way to protect your lgexch account from unauthorised access.
Responsible Gaming
After login, go to Account Settings and select the Responsible Gaming section. You will find options to set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in PKR. Once set, the limit takes effect immediately. Reducing a limit is instant. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before the new higher value activates – this is intentional. Using a deposit limit is the simplest way to keep your lgexch spending within a comfortable budget.
Send an email to support@lgexch.app with "Self-Exclusion Request" in the subject line and your registered mobile number in the message. Available durations are 6 months, 1 year, 3 years or permanent. Self-exclusion is processed as a priority and takes effect immediately upon identity confirmation. Once active, you cannot reverse self-exclusion for its stated duration. lgexch will also stop all promotional communications to you during the exclusion period. No. Setting deposit limits, taking a cooling-off period or using any other responsible gaming tool at lgexch will not affect your VIP Club status, your progress towards VIP tiers or your eligibility for future bonuses when you return to active play. These tools exist because lgexch wants players to use them. There is no penalty, no mark against your account and no reduction in your account standing for taking a responsible gaming break.
