Activates immediatelySelf-exclusion is a formal request to block your lgexch account from all gaming activity for a defined period or permanently. This goes further than a cooling-off period – once self-exclusion is active, you cannot reverse it for its stated duration, and lgexch will not send you any promotional communications during the exclusion period.
Available durations: 6 months, 1 year, 3 years or permanent. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon verification of your identity.
Irreversible for durationIf you wish to permanently close your lgexch account, you can do so at any time by contacting support@lgexch.app. Any real money balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard identity verification. Pending bets will be settled and included in your final balance.
Account closure is a permanent action. If you simply need a break rather than a permanent exit, consider a cooling-off period or self-exclusion first.

Go to lgexch.app and sign in with your registered mobile number and password. If you have 2FA enabled, complete the OTP verification.
Tap or click on your account icon in the top right corner. From the dropdown menu, select "Account Settings" or "Responsible Gaming" – the exact label depends on your device view.

All responsible gaming tools are free. Using them will not affect your VIP Club status, your eligibility for bonuses on any future return to the platform, or your ability to withdraw your existing balance. lgexch does not penalise players for using these tools – they exist specifically because we want you to use them.
Problem gambling can develop gradually. These are the signs lgexch urges every player to know.
