lgexch does not sell, rent, trade or otherwise commercially transfer your personal information to any third-party advertiser, data broker or marketing firm. Your contact details, betting history and financial information are not marketing commodities at lgexch.
lgexch only collects the personal data it actually needs to operate the platform, verify your identity, process payments and comply with legal obligations. We do not collect data speculatively or build behavioural profiles beyond what is necessary for platform operation and responsible gaming compliance.

lgexch uses reputable third-party identity verification and anti-fraud screening services to process KYC documents. These services receive your identity data solely to perform verification checks and are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
lgexch may disclose personal data to regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies or judicial authorities in Pakistan or in other relevant jurisdictions where it is legally compelled to do so. This includes situations involving suspected criminal activity, money laundering investigations or court orders. lgexch will not disclose more data than is legally required in such situations.
lgexch uses cloud infrastructure and software-as-a-service providers to host and operate the platform. These providers may technically process data stored on lgexch's systems but do so only as instructed by lgexch and under strict contractual data processing agreements.
Caution: lgexch will never ask you to send personal documents to a WhatsApp number, Telegram channel or unofficial email address. All KYC submissions go through the secure upload portal within your lgexch account dashboard. Any request for documents through unofficial channels is fraudulent.
lgexch gives particular attention to the security of financial data because it understands how sensitive payment information is for Pakistani users.
lgexch does not store your full Easypaisa PIN, JazzCash PIN or card CVV numbers at any point. Deposits via mobile wallets are processed through secure API connections directly with the wallet providers. Card transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways that handle card data independently – lgexch receives only a transaction token and confirmation, not your full card number.
Your withdrawal method must match the payment method you used to deposit. This is a financial security measure that prevents your winnings from being redirected to a payment method that does not belong to you. Where withdrawal to the original method is not technically possible, lgexch will verify your identity through additional steps before processing to an alternative method.
Transaction records are retained in accordance with our legal retention obligations (see Section 9). These records show the amount, timestamp, method and direction (deposit or withdrawal) of every transaction on your lgexch account.
lgexch uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the platform. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. lgexch uses the following types of cookies:
lgexch does not use third-party advertising cookies. You will not see lgexch adverts follow you around the internet based on your account activity. Behavioural retargeting advertising is not a practice lgexch currently uses and is not part of the platform's marketing strategy.
You can manage cookie settings through your browser. Blocking all cookies may affect the functionality of the lgexch platform, particularly features that require session persistence such as maintaining your login state.
lgexch retains personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes described in this policy and as required by applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
After the applicable retention period expires, lgexch will either permanently delete your data or anonymise it so it can no longer be linked to you as an individual. Anonymised data may be used for statistical analysis and platform improvement.

Despite these measures, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights, lgexch will notify affected users promptly and take immediate steps to contain the breach and mitigate harm.
Best practice for your own security: Use a strong, unique password for your lgexch account. Enable 2FA in your account settings. Never log in from a device you do not trust. Always log out after a session on a shared device. If you receive an unexpected OTP on your phone, contact lgexch support immediately.

You can request a copy of all personal data lgexch holds about you. We will provide this in a readable format within 30 days of a verified request.
If any personal data lgexch holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you can request that we correct or update it.
You can request that lgexch deletes your personal data. Note that we may be unable to delete certain data that we are legally required to retain (e.g., KYC documents and transaction records for five years).

lgexch is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect, process or retain personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If lgexch identifies or has reasonable cause to believe that an account belongs to a minor, the account will be suspended immediately, any balance will be returned to the payment source used for deposits and the personal data associated with the account will be deleted.
