Terms and Conditions – lgexch Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the lgexch platform in any capacity – whether through a web browser, mobile browser or any other interface – you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use any service offered by lgexch. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and lgexch ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). Use of the platform constitutes acceptance even if you have not explicitly clicked an "I Agree" checkbox on every visit.

2. Eligibility

To use lgexch you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. lgexch has a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling and will verify player age at registration and at any point thereafter without prior notice.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise legally permitted to access and use online betting platforms of this nature.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, either one you have set up yourself through lgexch's Responsible Gaming tools or one imposed by the platform following a prior breach of these terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. All bets, deposits and withdrawals must be made using your own funds and in your own name. Acting as an agent, intermediary or proxy for another person is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be employed by lgexch, its parent companies, affiliates, technology partners, marketing agencies or any entity with a material commercial relationship with the platform.

lgexch reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period will result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Each player may hold exactly one lgexch account. Registering more than one account – regardless of whether different email addresses, mobile numbers or names are used – is a serious breach of these terms and will result in all accounts being permanently suspended and all balances forfeited.

Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number that is registered in your name and a valid email address. lgexch will use the mobile number as the primary account identifier and as the channel for account security messages including OTP verification.

KYC Verification

lgexch operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of your payment method (such as a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your name and registered number) and any other documentation that lgexch reasonably requests to confirm your identity and the source of your funds. KYC is typically triggered before a player's first withdrawal or when cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds. Withholding or falsifying KYC documents is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate permanent suspension.

Password and Account Security

You are entirely responsible for keeping your lgexch login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. Do not use your lgexch password on other websites. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact lgexch support immediately at support@lgexch.app. lgexch will never ask you for your password by email, chat or telephone.

4. Deposits and Payments

lgexch accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and Rs 500 for bank transfer and card methods.
• Deposits must come from a payment account or card registered in your own name. lgexch will not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will return such funds where technically possible.
• lgexch does not charge a deposit fee. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own standard transaction charges independently of lgexch.
• Deposited funds are typically credited to your lgexch wallet within a few seconds for Easypaisa and JazzCash transactions. Bank transfer timelines depend on interbank processing and may take longer during weekends and public holidays.
• lgexch reserves the right to introduce or adjust deposit limits at the platform level or at the individual account level as part of its responsible gaming obligations or fraud prevention procedures.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals at lgexch are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Your account must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on the receiving bank's processing times.
• lgexch may place a withdrawal on hold pending additional verification checks. You will be notified of any hold and the reason for it within 24 hours of the withdrawal request being submitted.
• Bonuses that have not met their stated wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real money balances that have cleared all applicable wagering conditions are available for withdrawal.
• lgexch does not charge a withdrawal fee. This policy may be reviewed and players will be given reasonable advance notice of any change.

lgexch reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these terms. In such cases the platform will retain the relevant funds pending investigation and may refer the matter to relevant Pakistani authorities.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on lgexch are subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules (such as sports betting settlement procedures, casino game rules and poker hand rankings) are published separately in the relevant sections of the platform.

Bet Placement

A bet is not confirmed until lgexch has issued a bet confirmation reference number. Do not assume a bet has been placed until you have received this confirmation. In the event of a technical issue that prevents confirmation from being issued, the bet is considered void and any funds deducted from your balance will be returned.

Errors and Manifest Mistakes

lgexch takes reasonable steps to ensure that all odds, game payables and market prices displayed on the platform are accurate. However, in the event of an obvious error – such as a cricket match odds being published in obviously inverted form, or a slot game paying a multiplier that clearly exceeds its stated maximum – lgexch reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and to cancel any winnings derived from manifest mistakes. lgexch will not apply this right capriciously and it will only be used in cases where a reasonable person would recognise the error.

Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Each market and game on the lgexch platform has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, displayed before the bet is confirmed. lgexch reserves the right to adjust individual player limits based on betting patterns, account history or risk management requirements without prior notice.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

lgexch offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion, and those specific terms take precedence over these general guidelines where there is any conflict.

• Welcome Bonuses: Available to new players only. One welcome bonus per person, per household and per device. Welcome bonuses cannot be claimed multiple times by creating additional accounts.
• Wagering Requirements: Most deposit match bonuses carry a wagering requirement – a multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. The specific multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses that are not claimed within their stated validity window expire automatically. Wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated time period will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the lgexch platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is stated in the relevant promotion terms. As a general rule, live casino table games and sports betting may contribute at different rates than slots and fishing games.
• Referral Bonuses: Refer a Friend bonuses are credited as real money (not bonus funds) and are not subject to wagering requirements. However, they are subject to the eligibility rules stated in the Refer a Friend programme terms, including the requirement that the referred person must be a genuinely new lgexch customer.

8. Responsible Gaming

lgexch is committed to providing an environment where gambling can be enjoyed as a form of entertainment within responsible limits. The platform provides a suite of tools that every player can access from their account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before they apply.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after you have been logged in and active for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from using the lgexch platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irreversible for their stated duration.
• Account Cooling Off: Take a break from gambling for a period of your choice (24 hours, one week, one month or longer) without permanently closing your account.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lgexch platform and will result in immediate permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances, with no right of appeal:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Collusion with other players – for example, agreeing in advance on poker hands, sports bet outcomes in peer-to-peer markets, or any other coordinated activity designed to manipulate results.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, platform malfunctions or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity. lgexch operates anti-money laundering procedures and is legally obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant Pakistani financial intelligence bodies.
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including circumventing a self-exclusion, reclaiming a welcome bonus, or evading a suspension.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Using another person's payment method, identity documents or account to interact with the lgexch platform in any way.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the lgexch platform – including but not limited to the lgexch brand name, logo, website design, software interface, written content, game graphics, odds compilation methodology and promotional materials – is the intellectual property of lgexch or its licensed partners and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, frame or publish any lgexch content – in whole or in part – without prior written permission. You may not use the lgexch name, logo or branding in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation unless you are an officially authorised lgexch affiliate partner.

11. Privacy and Data

lgexch collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy.

In summary: lgexch collects registration information, KYC documents, transaction records and platform usage data. This data is used to operate and improve the platform, comply with legal obligations and personalise your experience. lgexch does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processing partners (strictly for transaction purposes), regulatory bodies (where legally required) and anti-fraud service providers operating under strict confidentiality obligations.

12. Limitation of Liability

lgexch makes every reasonable effort to ensure platform uptime, data accuracy and the reliable operation of all games and markets. However, the platform is provided on an "as available" basis and lgexch does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

lgexch will not be liable for any losses arising from:

• Platform downtime caused by technical maintenance, infrastructure failures, telecommunications interruptions or events outside lgexch's reasonable control.
• Losses sustained as a direct result of gambling decisions. lgexch is a platform operator and is not responsible for the outcome of bets placed by players.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from a player's own failure to maintain password security.
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
• Any indirect, consequential or punitive losses of any kind.

Nothing in these terms limits lgexch's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any matter where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your lgexch account at any time by contacting support at support@lgexch.app. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal terms and any remaining real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after applicable KYC checks.

lgexch reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account:

• For any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Where the account holder cannot be verified as meeting the eligibility requirements.
• Where the account shows patterns consistent with fraud, money laundering or prohibited conduct.
• Where continuing to operate the account would expose lgexch to regulatory, legal or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, lgexch will retain any bonus-related winnings and may retain real money funds pending investigation. You will be informed of the reason for closure unless regulatory or legal constraints prevent disclosure.

14. Amendments to These Terms

lgexch may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material – meaning they could meaningfully affect your rights or obligations – lgexch will provide reasonable notice via the email address registered to your account or via a platform notification before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the lgexch platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you should close your account before the effective date and withdraw your balance.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to lgexch's operating jurisdiction. lgexch operates its platform in compliance with applicable regulations and takes its legal and compliance obligations seriously.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your lgexch account, please contact the customer support team in the first instance via support@lgexch.app. lgexch aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 5 business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved through internal channels, lgexch will communicate the available escalation paths to you at that stage.
